- Policy Validity
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only if the books are damaged. You must request this within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, we cannot accept your request. - Unpacking Video is a Must
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, you must record a video while unpacking your order. This video is mandatory. If you don’t have the unpacking video, you are not eligible for a return, replacement, or refund. - Damages Covered
We only accept returns or provide refunds/replacements for the following issues:- Severe spine damage (pages coming apart)
- Major transit damage (not minor corner bends or scratches)
- More than 2 misprinted, torn, or missing pages
- More than 2 pages with smudges making them unreadable
- Missing or Wrong Book
If a book is missing or you receive the wrong book, you will get a reshipment or refund, but you must provide the unpacking video. - Process Time
Returns and replacements may take 7–14 days to process. - Refund Method
- For online payments, refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via UPI or bank transfer. We may contact you for your UPI ID.
- In accordance with the applicable merchandise return policies, the buyer is required to ship the return of the purchased item to the seller.
- Shipping Charges
- If the package is returned by the courier or not delivered for their reasons, you get a full refund.
- If you refuse the order or provide wrong contact or address details and it is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- How to Claim
Email us at pagesromance@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, with your order details and the unpacking video. - Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
- Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can request a replacement or return after receiving the order if there are problems as per our policy.
- For prepaid cancellations, refund goes to the original payment method. For COD, refund is credited as store credit.
- Cancellations by Us
We may cancel your order and refund you if:- The item is out of stock or not available
- The item is damaged
- Delivery is not possible to your area due to circumstances like lockdowns or strikes
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us immediately (ideally the same day). We can raise a dispute with the courier within 3 days. - Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank statement and your email for updates.
